Finca El Moral is a complex of four apartments in Todoque, in the heart of the Aridane Valley, where the landscape reshaped by the 2021 eruption meets the Atlantic. Apartment 1 is a bright 55 m² space with a private entrance and its own terrace facing the sea, made for couples looking for quiet, comfort and a setting that exists nowhere else on the island.
THE SPACE
Bedroom with a double bed and blackout curtains, and a full bathroom with shower. Private living room with satellite TV in Spanish, English and German. Fully equipped independent kitchen: induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and a complete set of kitchenware. Air conditioning with heat pump — cooling and heating — and WiFi.
EXTERIOR
A private 10 m² terrace at the front of the apartment, with outdoor furniture and dining table, facing the sea. And within the complex, the 10x4 m infinity pool set above the solidified lava, with sun loungers, an outdoor shower and landscaped grounds, open to the ocean and the mountains. Private parking on site, no assigned space and no booking needed.
LOCATION
In Todoque, 5 km from the centre of Los Llanos de Aridane, where you’ll find supermarkets, restaurants and all services. La Laguna 2 km away, Puerto Naos beach 5.5 km, Charco Verde 7.5 km and Tazacorte beach 7 km. Caldera de Taburiente 15 km and the airport 28 km.
The Huskalia team takes care of all the details before and during your stay so that you only have to enjoy yourself.
TO BEAR IN MIND
– The washing machine and dryer are in the complex’s shared laundry area, just behind reception.
– The kitchen has a microwave but no oven.
– The pool is communal, shared with the other three apartments. It measures 10x4 m with a maximum depth of 1.5 m. There is no lifeguard: swimming is at your own risk.
– Pets are not allowed.
– Smoking is not permitted.
– Parties and events are not allowed.
– Before your arrival you will receive our online check-in (Enso Connect), where a refundable deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver is requested.
