Thick stone walls, traditional Canarian wooden ceilings and floors, silence all around and a horizon that opens onto the sea and the peaks: Casa Cordobés is a retreat for couples who want to properly switch off, surrounded by nature and with the whole island a short drive away.
THE SPACE
Bedroom with a double bed. Bathroom with a large bathtub, plus a separate guest toilet. Fully equipped independent kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Washing machine, iron, hairdryer, TV and WiFi. Electric radiator heating for the cooler evenings in El Paso.
EXTERIOR
This is where the house really lives: 100 m² of terrace and garden on a fenced plot, with a private 3x3 m pool, outdoor furniture and a barbecue. A place for unhurried breakfasts, an afternoon swim and staying out to watch the light fade over the sea.
LOCATION
In El Paso, in a quiet setting surrounded by nature. El Paso town centre and supermarket 1.6 km away, health centre 1.9 km, bus stop 500 m. Tazacorte beach 12.5 km, Charco Verde 15.5 km and the airport 28 km.
The Huskalia team takes care of all the details before and during your stay so that you only have to enjoy yourself.
TO BEAR IN MIND
– The pool is private and unheated, 3x3 m with a uniform depth of 1.2 m.
– The bathtub does not have a working whirlpool function.
– The washing machine is shared with the house below.
– Casa Cordobés has traditional wooden ceilings and floors: we'll ask you to air the house daily and leave the kitchen window ajar when you go out, to look after the wood. Please also close the parasol on windy days or whenever you're away.
– Smoking is not permitted.
– Parties and events are not allowed.
– Before your arrival you will receive our online check-in (Enso Connect), where a refundable deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver is requested.
– Pets are admitted upon request; registration and the fee are managed in the same online check-in.
