Casa Eden is a house for two people in La Costa, Tazacorte, overlooking the ocean at approximately 30 to 50 metres above sea level. From the terrace and private pool you can see some of the best sea views on the entire island, with the sunset directly in front every afternoon. Bright interior decorated in light tones, with the bedroom open to the kitchen and dining area, bathroom with shower and a terrace with pergola designed for spending the day outside.
The space
The house is an open and bright space, with large sliding glass doors that open directly onto the terrace and the sea.
- Bedroom: double bed with wooden headboard with integrated shelving, botanical mural and reading lamps on each side. - Built-in wardrobe.
- Bathroom: shower with rainfall showerhead, sink and toilet.
- Fully equipped kitchen: induction hob, oven, fridge, coffee maker and all the necessary kitchenware for cooking at home.
- Dining area: round table for two by the window, with views of the garden.
- Terrace: louvred pergola with outdoor sofa and armchairs, and two sun loungers facing the sea.
- Private pool 4 x 2.5 m and 1.2 m deep, with the sea in the background. It is not heated.
- High-speed and stable internet via Starlink.
- Satellite television with channels in Spanish, German, English and other languages.
- Washing machine in the storage room on the upper floor.
- Garden with palm trees, Canarian vegetation and volcanic stone walls.
- Ceiling fan and electric heater.
Guest access
The house, terrace and pool are for the exclusive use of guests. There is private parking within the grounds, with no marked spaces but plenty of room. On the same property there is a second dwelling, that of the owners, who live abroad and the property is empty most of the year. Normally you will have the grounds practically to yourselves.

You won't need the car here: the beach is 50 metres away and the seafront promenade, with its restaurants, cafés and shops, starts at your door. And the weather plays along all year — Tazacorte has more hours of sunshine than anywhere else in Spain, so good weather isn't a matter of season.
THE SPACE
154 m² with two bedrooms, each with a double bed, and two bathrooms with shower. Fully equipped independent kitchen: fridge, freezer, oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer. Washing machine, iron and hairdryer. EXTERIOR
A fully equipped 36 m² private terrace with sea and mountain views — the best spot in the house for breakfast, lunch outdoors and watching the evening fall over the Atlantic. Plus an additional balcony.
LOCATION
In Puerto de Tazacorte, 50 m from the black sand beach and 150 m from the supermarket. Restaurants and cafés 100 m away, health centre 400 m, bus stop 350 m. Tazacorte town 4 km, Puerto Naos beach 10 km, Caldera de Taburiente National Park 20 km and the airport 38 km.
